Case study

The challenge

Agencies run on spreadsheets and paper ledgers, which lets seats get double-booked, parcels go unrecorded, and counter cash drift away from what was actually sold.

The solution

Every record is scoped to its agency and guarded by role-based permissions, seats are held under a database constraint that makes double-booking impossible, money is stored in integer minor units, and each mutation writes an audit entry.

The impact

Gives an agency one trustworthy view of what is departing, what has been sold, and what is in the drawer at the end of the day.
